This is a good map. It takes into account the concerns in the northern zones and in the southern zones. It is not perfect, but it is the best so far. Given the time crunch to get this done, I hope our board will approve this.

This is the best proposal thus far. Since zone 6 is over population by 205, Could this small square portion north of Markham be placed into zone 4? that Markham would be a rational boarder.
